What laser is used for tattoo removal?
A Q-switch laser. The same machine also performs carbon laser treatments, eyebrow hair whitening and skin rejuvenation, which is why all four are taught in one workshop.
Do I need my own Q-switch laser?
To offer tattoo removal after the workshop you will need access to a Q-switch laser in your clinic.
Is this course nationally recognised?
No. The Q-switch laser workshop is non-accredited training. You receive a certificate of completion from Urban Skin Academy.
Who can do the workshop?
You need experience in the beauty industry to safely take part. A formal beauty qualification is not required for this non-accredited workshop.
Can you train my team on our own machine?
Sabrine also travels to clinics to train staff on new machines. Mention it when you enquire.
